Viruses know no borders. Facing the pneumonia epidemic of new coronavirus infection, the Chinese government and the Chinese people have shown strong strength and firm confidence. Chinese medical personnel are fighting on the front lines, and have made great efforts to prevent the epidemic from spreading and treating patients. I am proud of my Chinese counterparts, and I believe that China will be able to overcome the epidemic!
病毒不分國界。面對新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情，中國政府和中國人民表現出強大的力量和堅定的信心。中國醫護人員奮戰在一線，為阻止疫情蔓延、救治病患，做出了巨大努力。我為我的中國同行們感到自豪， 我相信，中國一定能戰勝疫情！
As a doctor, at this special moment, I also work with our team to provide professional services for people in need, especially online free consultation services. I think this is also a "battlefield", a "battlefield" alongside my Chinese counterparts, a "battlefield" that knows no boundaries and shares the same fate.

During the epidemic, my team and I opened two free consultation groups which not only provided medical consultation for Chinese residents, but also provided convenient and considerate services for English speakers. The two free consultation groups have accumulated a total of 300 people，and were well received by residents.
疫情期間，我和我的團隊開通了中文、英文兩個在線義診群，不僅為中國居民提供醫療咨詢，也為英語使用者提供了方便貼心的服務。兩個在線義診群累積服務300人，深受居民們的喜愛。
Four expert doctors from the British General Practitioner provided 18 Chinese popular science articles and 8 English popular science articles for the residents to popularize new crown virus knowledge, identify rumors, guide residents to adjust their emotions, and achieve common physical and mental health.
疫情期間，和諾醫療“英國全科醫療中心”的4位專家醫生共發表18篇中文科普文章、8 篇英文科普文章，為居民們科普新冠病毒知識、辨別謠言，引導居民調節情緒，做到身體和心理的共同健康。
One of the most popular among residents is "identify rumors." Since the outbreak of the epidemic, rumors have emerged endlessly, and ordinary people without a medical foundation are difficult to distinguish by their own capabilities. In the WeChat group, residents enthusiastically asked British GPs. The doctors upheld rigorous and scientific medical values and pointed out the unscientific points in the rumors. Residents have not only acquired medical knowledge, but also cultivated their ability to discern rumors.
特別讓我們欣慰的是，我們開設的“辨別謠言”專題，受到了居民的熱烈歡迎。疫情發生以來，出現了不少讓普通民眾難以辨別的醫學傳言，在線咨詢微信群里，居民們踴躍地向英國全科醫生提問，醫生們秉持著嚴謹、科學的醫學價值觀，將謠言中的不科學之處一一指出。居民們不僅獲得了醫療知識，更培養了辨別謠言的思考能力。
The epidemic is not over yet. My team and I will continue to fight with my Chinese counterparts, to serve foreign families living in Minhang and Huacao, and to serve more Chinese friends. We will stick to the end of the epidemic.
疫情尚未結束，我的團隊和我，將繼續和我的中國同行們一起戰斗，為居住在閔行、華漕的外國家庭服務，為更多的中國朋友服務，一直堅守到疫情結束的最后一刻。
